Position : Finance & HR Coordinator

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Finance & HR Coordinator. This role will primarily focus on financing duties while also assisting in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

 

Finance Responsibilities:

 

Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and tax compliance.

 

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Assist in administering payroll processes.

Support HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.

Prior experience in HR functions is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of UAE Tax and Labor laws and regulations is preferred.
